Commission pieces are by default for non-commercial use (posting on social media or using them as profile pictures/headers).

Commissioned pieces are not allowed to be used for producing physical copies without prior discussion.

A 50% upfront payment of the commission piece is required once the commission order is confirmed and the 2nd payment has to be made after the confirmation of sketches/colour sketches idea (before proceeding to finish everything).

Cancellation made halfway through the process would not result in getting a refund.

Refunds could only be made in the unfortunate event of I, as the artist could not complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.

Each commission piece may take 1 - 4 weeks to be completed.

I may post the finished pieces on my social media platform. Please do inform me beforehand if you would like to keep it private.

I may decline the commission if it is out of my abilities.

I own the copyrights to all of the commissioned pieces. As a client, you gain the exclusive license to use the commissioned piece as in the prior discussion.
What I Draw

I could try to draw things that are out of my comfort zone (may apply additional charges) ：

I may decline your request depending on the inappropriateness of the content.
Process

Upon ordering, state your desired package, canvas size (default A4 size) and provide references of the character.

Let me know your request regarding the character/environment (pose, expression, colour & etc). If there is anything that you are unsure about and would like to ask for my opinion, feel free to do so.

Once your order is confirmed, please pay 50% deposit of the commission piece before I start sketching.

Provide sketches for you to check. 2 revisions will be given (additional revisions/ major changes after confirmation of the initial sketch will be subjected to extra charges).

Kindly pay the balance before I proceed to finish the commission piece.

You may ask me for WIP if the halfway waiting process takes too long.

Send the final piece (digital copy) via email/Google Drive link.
